HI-MAP consists of four Paths — Influence, Improvement, Team Action and Talent —  with a total of 17 sessions, designed to improve the ability of managers and supervisors to drive performance and increase efficiency.  Before each training cohort, the first  session is “Understanding of Behavioral Styles” to educate trainees and improve group communication.
