Our Next Generation Leaders (NGL) program is a 12-course offering for new or existing managers lacking formal leadership training and emerging leaders aiming to excel. We emphasize the ‘Knowing, Doing, and Being’ approach, where participants learn and apply new concepts in real-world settings.
